Cape Bretoners Carmen Townsend and Jimmy Rankin join Jenn Grant, David Myles and Three Sheet for the entertainer award.
Fans can vote online for the entertainer award, which is presented by Bell Aliant, until Sept. 29.
Townsend, Grant and Rankin all lead the best of Nova Scotia’s music this year with five nominations each.
