The best and brightest musicians from Canada’s east coast were highlighted Friday as the 2012 East Coast Music Award nominees were announced.
Both Fredericton-born David Myles, and Bairdsville’s Matt Andersen grabbed five nominations each, including Fan’s Choice Entertainer of the Year.
Nova Scotia’s Jimmy Rankin leads the pack of ECMA nominations this year with eight nods in just about every category for which he was eligible, including Fan’s Choice, Entertainer of the Year, and Album of the Year for his latest album, Forget About The World.
